This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the value for money was incredible, especially considering the prime location. I couldn't believe how close it was to the beautiful lake - just a stone's throw away! Secondly, the staff were fantastic. From the warm welcome at the reception to the friendly service throughout my stay, I felt genuinely well taken care of. Lastly, the basic amenities were top-notch. Even though the rooms had shared bathrooms, they were impeccably clean and well-maintained. All in all, this hotel provided me with a wonderful experience.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel near the train station and the lake. The location was perfect for me as I wanted to explore the lakeside cycle path. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were clean and cozy, and despite the shared bathroom, I did not face any inconvenience as there were multiple bathrooms available. The highlight of my stay was the delicious breakfast served by the warm and welcoming mother/daughter team. this hotel offers great value for money and a genuine old-world experience.

The breakfast was tasty and filling, and the room had a view of the nearby train station and ferry terminal, which made it easy to get around. the historic property had a lot of character and charm which made for good photo opportunities.

The shared bathroom was not well maintained and was not cleaned frequently, which made it unpleasant to use. the staff seemed uninterested in helping guests with any issues or requests, and didn't provide any useful recommendations for nearby attractions or activities.

We recently had a wonderful weekend stay at a charming and cozy guest house near Lake Bodensee. the warm welcome from the staff made us feel at home right away. the location is superb--just a short stroll from the train station and ferry terminal. And we loved that we could help ourselves to coffee and tea at any time, which was a nice touch. the rooms and shared bathrooms were spotless, and the simple decor added to the tranquil atmosphere.
